Feels like home to me.

Montana, You feel like home to me and you're always a grand adventure!
As unbelievably beautiful as our property is, it is a lot of work. A LOT LOT of work. The past owners have left quite a few dilapidated buildings right in the middle of our favorite views. The cabin that we are rehabbing into our tiny home isn't built quite to our standards (putting it lightly), and we are doing our best to make it into a cozy home so we can stay while we build our forever cabin. It's definitely an adventure, and we love every single minute of it! We are so blessed that God has given us such a beautiful piece of his creation to raise our children on.

Highlights of our trip:

We played for hours at our favorite waterfall.

We went on a few kayak adventures, Gamer Boy riding shotgun! Waylon is really FAST and is now in race mode. "Daddy, I'm going to race you!" -Waylon

We saw a Grizzly Bear standing on its hind legs, sniffing us before he could even see us. It was incredible! Lucky for us it was WAY up the mountain!

We saw a black bear! It was a younger one, along the highway, eating a deer!

We saw a Moose crossing the road on our way home!

We made some new friends and Waylon LOVES to play with their sweet kids! Hide & go seek with a side of TAG!

Papa Don came out for a couple of days to see our property and enjoy time in the mountains.

We put in a window and added lights to our roofline.

We mowed and weed-wacked the overgrown driveway and yard.

We adventured and did some exploring through the property.

We went to the Trego pub and had so much fun, as usual, with live bands and friends!
