::We all have that magic. No matter where we all are. We are all with each other::

"Mom, you are so much like Diane Keaton in Because I said so!" I laughed at the dinner table. She crossed her eyes at me and slid her glasses up her nose so she could continue reading the menu. Ali Bradley, my beautiful news anchor star seester is home to visit for the week and we are spending as much time together as we can manage. It has been 1 year since she was in town. 1 YEAR! It seems like forever and just yesterday all at once.  Hugs! Laughter! The kiddos hanging off their Nonie's leg. It is so great to see her. In Person. Hear her lil' squeaky laugh.

Sitting around the table with my 4 sisters and my mommy was something I think we all needed. All of us together in one place. Catching up with life. Slowing down for a moment to take it all in. "Jo! Tell Ali about your store!" encourages my Emily. She is always so supportive and makes even the worst days better.  Ali lights up, like sunshine, and cant wait to hear all about it. I spill the beans. I love her interest in my life and my dreams.

Looking over at Ali, knowing that tonight is one of our last nights before she goes back to Casper, I see the little booger nosed, dirt faced, backwards headband wearing girl that I love so much. She has grown into such a beautiful woman. A success. And even if we do not see eye to eye on everything, I still see a little of her in me and me in her. We all have that magic. No matter where we all are. We are all with each other.
