::She's Gone Country::

When I was young I was a book worm. My friend Jessie and I would read on the bus, after school, every night.... I loved to read, I lived to read. I recently picked up a book at Wal-mart and decided to give it a go. I had forgotten how wonderful it was to read. The story that makes its way into my mind, images of the characters... their world... their life, their hurt, their love; All of it.

I am currently sucked into the pages of the book Shes Gone Country by Jane Porter. It is about a single mom of 3 boys that had to move back home to her mother and start a new life for herself after her husband left her and the kids...Oh my...It is wonderful to have a story to relate to, to know that there really are people out there that know this pain and are not the perfect parent. This story has really opened my eyes to the strength that's there, I just need to hold tight to it so I can hold my family up.
