Every woman wants to look good. To be healthy. To have energy and a healthy lifestyle. Its so hard to maintain such a balanced life. Errands. Kiddos. Friends and family. Working all of this in is a full time job in itself. Then adding on your full time job. Who has time to take care of themselves? That is a big mistake!
The fact of the matter is, we are lacking in all of the other parts of our lives because we don't take care of ourselves.
I'm now in my 30's. The best years of our lives right? I have two little boys, ages 6 and 12. I maintain a full time job. Then I get home and I work my part time jobs as a chef, maid, doctor, story teller, and whatever else I need to be at any given moment.
I want more time. Most of all I want more time to keep looking good and to keep feeling good mentally and spiritually. I want to stay healthy from my head to my toes!
